Designated for the hot production of disk brake pads, with or without under-layer.
The mould can have 2 or 4 cavities: with the 2-cavities configuration it is possible to produce pads for commercial vehicles, while with the 4-cavities configuration a high productivity of cars pads is achieved.
The classic layout includes a maximum of 12 presses and 8 weighing systems arranged on 4 lines.
This model has been on the market since 2006.

How to calculate the productivity based on the presses number, the number of mould cavities and the curing time:
PN*(3600/(CT+70))*CN
PN=number of presses
CT=curing time (s)
CN=number of cavities (2 or 4)
Example
Production with 12 presses, 4 cavities moulds and 2 minutes cure time: 12*(3600/(120+70))*4=908 pcs/hour.
