It is possible to initially purchase 2 presses on 2 lines, 4 weighing systems and the electrical components for 12 presses. It is possible to complete later the lines by purchasing the remaining presses.


Our machines can produce different pads at the same time.
For example, a machine equipped with 12 presses on 4 lines can work at the same time with:
This flexibility allows to optimize the costs of the moulds, since for each pad model it is possible to manufacture only the minimum number of moulds needed for its production.

An oleodynamic double acting cylinder allows to have equal pressure over all the pads, even those of different weight, ensuring constant density from pad to pad (true positive molding).
The compensator is not subject to limitations on the maximum weight difference to be compensated.

Uniform distribution of friction material and under-layer over the entire pad surface by means of our mix loader with flexible rubber blade.
2 pneumatic punches compact the friction material before the under-layer loading.
The mould space is controlled by an electronic linear transducer (accuracy ± 0.2 mm).
To change a mould only the corresponding press is stopped, while the other presses continue in the production. The press will be moved out of the line by an oleodynamic piston, so as to have access to three sides of the press.
Once changed the mould, the press can restart the automatic cycle. It is sufficient to input the relative number on the PC to automatically regulate all curing parameters: no manual regulations are required!

QUALITY CHECKS
All the produced pads are subjected to the following controls: weight, temperature, pressure, thickness, cycle times. If a pad does not fall within the limits, it will be rejected.

Possibility of operating presses of the same line at very different pressures.
Possibility of operating at different pressures during the same curing cycle.
Each press has a dedicated pump to always have oil available to perform degassing at the programmed time.
Uniform temperature on the pad thanks to the heating of the mould in different points (the males internally, the female mould, the top plate).
The males are heated in the upper part, near the friction material.
